To support their claim of personalized service, it’s interesting to note the level of basic transparency that is not provided by ATS. The “Contact Us” page does not state a physical address. The only location stated on the About page is vague at best – it states “Based in Asia”. These facts create a reason for suspicion regarding legitimacy.
FMA Warning – A Serious Concern
The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) of New Zealand has given a warning about ATS Trading Service Ltd., acknowledging that they are potentially part of fraudulent investments.
